Anthony Johnson — AJ to everyone in the paddock — has been racing motorcycles since 2006. Starting at club level with Bemsee in the Yamaha Past Masters series, he claimed the rookie championship in his very first season.
From Tenterden in Kent, AJ has methodically worked his way through the ranks. The 2024 season was a breakthrough year — crowned Bemsee MRO 600 Champion, Champion of Brands Hatch, Champion of Snetterton, and a two-time Mellano Trophy winner.
For 2026, AJ is racing with BMCRC (Bemsee) across 9 rounds at circuits including Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Cadwell Park, Snetterton, and Oulton Park.
